Education
I have a Masters in Education for School Counseling, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Minor in English. I have attended Punahou School, Boston University, University of Hawai'i at Manoa, and the University of Massachusetts in Boston.
Experience
Lead Tutor and Tutor Coordinator to student athletes for a nonprofit in a Boston Public High School. Princeton Review Certified SAT Prep Instructor. After school Care Provider to urban elementary students. I want to be a tutor because, as a school professional, I have witnessed a multitude of learning styles that do not benefit from large classroom instruction. Many students need extra support one-on-one, and since I have the extra time and experience I would like to be an extra resource to your student (that our already spread thin schools may not be able to provide).
